Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AutoForm. We provide an artificial intelligence based data entry agent that removes the pain of manual data entry. The service converts information from messy files and websites into structured data. It can then fill forms or send data to your other applications. As the Product Hunt description explains, AutoForm instantly converts messy PDFs, spreadsheets, websites and more into clean structured data that can be downloaded or used to fill forms. By accessing or using AutoForm services you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms you may not use the services.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Only individuals or organizations that can enter into legally binding contracts may use the services. When you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must ensure that your own websites or applications that use AutoForm include a privacy policy that explains data collection and use practices.

Grant of Rights and Restrictions on Use

AutoForm grants you a limited revocable right to access and use the services for your internal business purposes. You must not copy or modify any part of the service, attempt to obtain its source code or use it in a way that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights. You must not interfere with the service or transmit harmful software. You also agree not to allow anyone outside your organization to access the services without our permission. These restrictions protect our intellectual property and maintain the integrity of our platform.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to privacy, export control, and data protection laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the services does not violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your use of the services is unlawful or compromises our legal obligations.

Fees and Payments

Certain features may require payment of subscription or usage fees. You agree to pay all fees and any applicable taxes according to our invoices. If payment is late we may suspend your access until all amounts due are paid. Fees are non refundable except as required by law. We may change our prices on notice to you; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

User Content

When you upload data, documents, or any other materials to AutoForm you retain ownership of that content. You grant AutoForm a right to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide the content and that it does not violate any law or third party rights. We may remove or refuse to process content that we believe violates these terms or applicable laws.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

Your use of the services must comply with our acceptable use rules. You must not break the law or infringe another person’s rights. You must not post or share violent, obscene, or defamatory content. You must not spread false or misleading information. You must not harass or stalk others. You must not upload or transmit malicious software or spam. You must not tamper with or attempt to hack our systems. You must not violate copyright or trademark laws. We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending accounts, or reporting illegal activity to authorities.

Intellectual Property

AutoForm and its licensors own all rights to the services and related documentation, including software, trademarks, and logos. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission. These terms do not give you any ownership rights in AutoForm’s intellectual property.

Termination and Suspension

These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you fail to comply with these terms, if required by law, or if your account is inactive for an extended period. Upon termination you must cease using the services and pay any outstanding fees. Termination does not limit either party’s legal remedies.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or failures of internet or telecommunications providers. Each party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effect of a force majeure event.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoForm regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce later.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law AutoForm disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law AutoForm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid to AutoForm for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoForm, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City. Either party may seek equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes you must stop using the services.
